Terms of Use & Selling Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CameraSellKaro.com, initiating a camera appraisal quote, booking doorstep pickup, or communicating with our team, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

2. Legal Ownership & Eligibility

To sell any DSLR camera, mirrorless body, lens, action camera, or drone on CameraSellKaro:

• You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
• You must be the rightful owner of the equipment or possess documented authority to sell on the owner's behalf.
• Anti-Theft Policy: We strictly prohibit the submission of stolen, blacklisted, or illegally obtained goods. Every seller must furnish a valid government photo ID and sign an ownership declaration receipt upon pickup.

3. Online Valuation Estimates & Physical Verification

• Online estimates generated on our website are provisional and based on the condition attributes declared during the questionnaire (e.g. cosmetic grade, shutter count, accessories).
• Our certified technician will perform an on-site 32-point physical diagnostics test. If the physical condition differs materially from the online declaration, a revised, transparent quote will be provided.
• No Obligation to Sell: You are under no obligation to accept a revised quote. If you choose not to proceed, the inspection remains 100% free with zero cancellation fee.

4. Doorstep Handover & Instant Payment

Upon mutual agreement on the final appraisal value:

• Payment is executed instantaneously via Bank IMPS, NEFT, or UPI transfer directly to the seller's verified account.
• Ownership and legal title of the equipment transfer to CameraSellKaro immediately upon successful payment confirmation and signed handover receipt.

5. Limitation of Liability

CameraSellKaro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, or any unretrieved data left on media prior to certified formatting.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
